SPIRITUAL healer

Parenting Counseling

The aim of spiritual parenting counselling is to help parents heal their family wounds and nurture their children’s well-being while also fostering a healthy family dynamic.

Parenting guidance is a form of healing that aims to support and guide parents in developing effective parenting strategies and improving their relationships with their children. It provides a safe and supportive environment for parents to discuss their concerns, learn new parenting skills, and explore ways to address specific challenges they may be facing.

It’s important to note that spiritual parenting counselling is a personalized process that respects and acknowledges the unique beliefs and values of each family. My role is to provide guidance, support, and a non-judgmental space for parents to explore and integrate spirituality into their parenting journey.

Sensitive Children

Children have needs, even when we perceive their actions as mere attempts to challenge us.

When I was a child, sleeping alone posed a great challenge for me. I distinctly recall seeing and hearing voices, but as I was raised in a Catholic family, no one could provide an explanation for these occurrences. I hold no blame towards my family, as I know they did their utmost to help. By sharing my experience, I aim to raise awareness and assist others who may encounter similar situations. Initially, I couldn’t sleep alongside my parents, but I was fortunate to have my younger sister as a room companion. Despite the lingering fear, I focused on being a supportive older sister and remaining resilient.

During that time, I had countless unanswered questions about God and the church. Deep inside, I held the intuition that there was something more to it all. Now, as a mother, I find that my own child struggles with sleep, and I am able to openly discuss the beings she sees. I make myself available to accompany her in bed, understanding the difficulties she faces. Moreover, I recognize that these experiences are not harmful; rather, they are blessings. It is important for us to embrace the enchantment they bring and learn to appreciate it.

If you have a sensitive child, show compassion and be available for them, regardless of societal expectations that they should be independent at a certain age. Pay attention to your child’s needs, whether it’s breastfeeding, using nappies, co-sleeping, or requiring assistance with dressing. Remember that they will develop independence in their own time. Let’s honour and respect our children, learn alongside them, and always be there to support them.

Being a parent can be challenging, but it is undoubtedly one of the most rewarding blessings in life.
